Rules Addemdum

We are modifying rule 1.3 (R) to read: R. Anti-Intrusion Roof Plate is mandatory for all cars that use a fiberglass roof( Anti-intrusion plates are highly recommend for all cars running a steel roof)
Please reference Section 1 - Item 14 - Letter C and Section 4 –Illustration A1
